Under the shade of the oak trees, with views that stretch beyond the mountains, we will gather around wooden tables, our hands shaping, kneading, and stirring the past into the present. Rima El Khodr will guide us through the intricate techniques and the cultural significance of each preparation, sharing wisdom passed down through generations.

      Together, we will craft:

Maamoul – Buttery, melt-in-your-mouth pastries filled with dates, pistachios, or walnuts, each one pressed into delicate wooden molds.

Amareddine – Apricots, sun-dried and transformed into the iconic Lebanese fruit leather, a staple in every pantry.

Dibs El Remmen – The deep, ruby-red elixir of pomegranates, simmered and reduced into a tart and velvety molasses.

Mamouniyeh – A comforting, velvety wheat semolina dessert infused with butter, cinnamon, and pine nuts, a breakfast treat rooted in Levantine tradition.

Kibbeh Arnabieh – A winter favorite, where tender kibbeh bites swim in a luscious, citrusy tahini and bitter orange sauce, a dish as rich in flavor as it is in history.
